Rev dear Rev: May I ask what is the Christian stance on Tory Sleaze? Are there any lessons for Westminster City to be learned from lobbying in Washington?

Sorry to disappoint but it is parish policy here in this NW side of the city not to comment on politics. We avoided such comment even during the Brexit debates, avoided siding with either side of those debates, and we continue to maintain our silence in the pulpit with regard to political matters - it is not for the ambo. Christ and Christianity deal with dogma and truth whereas political debate deals with doxa and opinion. Sorry, no deal here. Apologies.
