Privacy Homeland
Dr dear Dr: Where lies the homeland and heartland of privacy world? Is it with canon 220 of the western codex or canon 23 of the eastern codex?
The right to personal space, to a space that is personal and private and intimate, is the true homeland and heartland of the right to privacy culture as found in the new codexes of 1983 and 1990, and these point out that such rights are fundamental rights that cannot be dispensed by bishops or dioceses qua officials in their search for ever-greater control over the lives of clerics for instance with local civilist forces, since they are what are called substantive laws, or what are termed as “fundamental rights of the faithful” and thus are considered antecedent to other laws and act as hermeneutical apparatuses for the interpretation of other general laws. They are fundamental for the happiness of the flocks of the people.
