Cop-26 or Pop-26?

Dr dear Dr: Is it true that it was actually at the Glasgow Conference on Global Warming that it was first admitted by experts and prime ministers that the real problem producing Climate Change is in fact the problem of over-population? Is there a Christian Response to such explanations from the Climatologists?
Actually, this Question comes from Glasgow, and not only did the GB prime minister mention this as it came up at the Glasgow Conference, but also others too:
-Nigel Farage concurred with such an assessment when he said that the Climate Problem was really a Malthusian Dystopian Problem, hinting at the philosophies of the well-known anglican vicar and theologian, Rev Thomas Malthus.
-Bill Gates too often feels that this sort of thing fuels the problem in Africa and has often initiated programmes to defund the reproduction culture of African Girls.
-TGR experts also predict that at the end of the day it will be found that over-population really does aggravate the Climate Issue.
-Melinda Gates too has had occasion in the past when she was working with her husband to berate those that promote over-population in places like India, seeking solutions to it all, through Planned Parenthood. And so on.
Side effect 2 of the HPRA bulletin from October also mentions the issue of over-population, and even the Duke of Edinburgh when he was alive often alluded to the problem in the developing world, despite all the kids, while Prince Charles has also pointed out the problems aggravated by the population issue too with regard to the sheer drain resulting on the means of production and the world's resources - it is all too much to bear and some countries will have to have their population problem curtailed and controlled, even if one argues this way or that about the excellent analysis for its time of the Thomas Malthus thesis that over-population is the single biggest threat to the stripping of the world's economic resources.
Christian responses vary, most modern liberal Christians and moderne young people now tend to follow the green friendly discourses of Francesco the First of late, though for a long time throughout the 1980s and 1990s, somewhat over-defensive Christians relied heavily on the powerful but myopic Legatio pro christianis of the 1985 book "The Teenage Marketplace" which pitched the debate back at multi-national companies and the huge industry in the personalisation of replication throughout the bourgeoisie sectors of the Western world right across to the heart of all that process, in California and the problem of arrested emotional developments of the population contained therein, where many 20 year olds and 30 year olds simply experienced the prolongation of their teenage years through the culture of consumerism - this produced the anxiety over over-population. So orthodox left of centre Catholics for a long time tended to follow that gifted but slightly querulous and somewhat unphilosophical account of the problem, relying on its sociology thesis contained inside, and produced a slightly counter-cultural and dystopian analysis of the issues surrounding over-population and the market forces of modern magazines and newspapers and news sites in the West. Nobody on the catholic philosopher side of those by now ancient debates here in the 2020s ever produced a considered and topical critique of the Malthus Thesis, relying on the simple side-stepping of adjacent and auxiliary indicators to the contrary. But in the modern world, only with modern Catholic philosophers at Washington such as Brown and Barrett and Newman was it observed very astutely and adroitly that actually the very production of GM crops and foods itself turned out to be an enduring critique of the Malthusian Dystopia, producing a brave new world of Utopias where new technology healed the problems associated with over-population. Earthshot Prizes too also a big help at present. Technology the solution, plus the new Elon Musk and Fr Perry Rhodan freschezza perspective of the issues around the space race and the finding and founding of new homes and new colonies in space, on the moon, and on Titan and now more and more probably on Mars. The brave new world has many solutions to the over-population account of the main thesis from Glasgow 21. It is not all a total disaster just yet. Mars beckons more and more in the Musk and Rhodan Thesis. To be congratulated on proposing a pro tem solution to the two twin issues identified in Glasgow 21.
