Rev dear Rev: Is Sacramental Confession the real answer to the great confusion of the modern era which mystics in Canada call The Great Apostasy?

Mystics and young priests of a spiritual kind have been wondering for some few years now about the great loss of unity and uniformity within Christianity in recent times, especially the apparent loss of nerve on the part of clergy and senior clergy as the world shudders and shakes its way through a global pandemic, and this general wave of confusion and the mistakes people are making in their moral choices and moral and spiritual lives, these priests and mystics are calling The Great Apostasy. Nothing to do with popes and cardinals - just a general air of confusion. But no, agreed, there is no practical antidote to the problem of disunity except the old true answer of Sacramental Confession, according to the young men and young women of the new Awakening and the revenant revelation of Conscience in this time frame.
