Rev dear Rev: Is there anything like the old victorian secret societies of Latium and Rome and Padua here in the Western Islands, secret societies for instance dedicated to the promotion and conservation and survival of monarchies, wherein young Christian men and young women can become Blues and Royals, as methinks is the name for such agents, or am I being too adventurous like the Scarlet Pimpernel?

A good question from a pundit called Roberto from Argentina. It is precisely because we live in a mixed bag sort of Europe with revolutionaries and their bombs breathing down everybody's necks, that a Scarlet Pimpernel has grown up around it all, and so too some secret societies are sometimes considered as a serious hobby or option for young aspiring agents of the monarchy. Some societies spring to mind:

- ROSL - a charity based in Edinburgh for promoting monarchy;

- Greyhounds - servants and messengers of unofficial royal papers;

- CRF - Christian Reaction Force - unofficial speciale gatherum of fans of a christian monarch;

- MI3 - unofficial groupettes of science friendly NGOs;

- MI7 - unofficial groupettes of 007 style agents;

- CDS - Corps Diplomatiques under which some groups appear:

            - ORCS - Oxford Royal & Commonwealth Society;

            - SPQR - SenatusPopulusQueRomanus;

            - SVTV - SiValeasTuncValeo - another anglophile group;

            - INRI - an unofficial group of theology guided agents;

            - SSHG - the Secret Society of the Holy Grail - very very secretive.

A secret society is normally proposed to any government when the marketplace is filled with Spectre type organisations that are also secretive and clandestine and mildly criminal in parts. So Spectre style  organisations against which the above groups campaign might possibly include:

BLM;

SWP;

Momentum;

XR;

Insulate GB;

Militant;

Choice.

Such NGOS and parties are dedicated to all those things that might undermine a Christian constitutional monarchy, so these are grouped together in the Spectre category of clandestines just to illustrate the point, just to illustrate the range of Blues and Royal activity.
