Stealing Beauty

Mgr dear Mgr: What is the purpose of all those military honours and patronages and titles accorded to some prince or other, if all the top brass and the veterans are so quick to judge a super-criminalised man, criminalised so quickly and so hastily that not a word can be said in his defence sort of man, even before the poor duke has appeared in court to answer his accusers and Me-Too critiques? Last I heard, a man was always to be presumed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty, even if he were to plead or confess some ambiguity and guilt under the pressure of physical torture, or worse psychological torture, in the msm media outlets, correct?

A young man was once hanged 5 minutes early in a small county town which was a royal borough, but the young man did not live to see the royal pardon arrive just in time for the official time, so he was egregiously hanged before his time, despite the royal pardon. A shocking deeply shocking story of what a lynch-mob can do - and by God we have all participated in a jolly enjoyable lynching of a prince or two - and laughed nervously in our backyards afterwards. The country town was then stripped by royal decree of its county town status and robbed of all its treasures for perpetuity, until such time as reparation of the scandal would be made. But the crown did not forgive this county town and still to this day it lies bare and naked of all benefits of royal patronage and is largely unsung and unpraised in the annals of county towns. And all because people were quick to judge, too quick to judge a solitary young man without a friend in the world, except his good queen Bess. What people do in their indecent haste to believe evil report. But evil report is often false report. 5 minutes early, 5 minutes too soon, 5 minutes to die. What lynch mobs are known for. We have this story in our annals here in Britain as a salutary lesson not to accept all and every accusal that comes along even when they protest too much that it is not about the money, the money, the money. Indeed. Anyway that town is still there and the gaol where it all happened is still standing as a monument to inhuman lust for public vendetta over divine justice. As Thomas More said before he died - England is planted thick with laws, God’s laws and not man’s laws.

All puritan societies like the old colonials like to judge an accused man when he is down and out. They like to think that everybody else is guilty, and never them of any of their own hidden misdemeanours – “From our hidden faults acquit us O Lord.” But the historical Jesus, whom they profess very loudly to believe in, was not like that – he was not the Founder of the reformed faiths of a puritan Switzerland - he would not be a big fan of colonial puritannical msm America. Instead Jesus liked to pardon people of their faults, especially when accused, or even when accused de visu, like the young girl accused by the heaving large Pharisees of being caught in the very act itself of their adultery concept. And concepts do exist even today, where young pretty but unobtainable housewives are routinely processed in football stadiums by henchmen and lustful accuser males and then despatched with one stroke of the French Sword – wielded by a man. But the lawyers in New York are not as good as they like to advertise themselves, since though they argue that the prince has only 3 options left to him, after such a constant drubbing in the msm outlets, but in fact he has 7 options:

-          There is the first option of cooperating and responding to questioning by her lawyers;

-          There is the second option of choosing to ignore the case and defaulting;

-          There is the third option of settling out of court in an agreed private award of damages;

-          But there is a fourth option of taking the Fifth Amendment and vowing silence;

-          And a fifth option of seeking a counter suit with an appeal – Right to a Fair Trial dilatoria;

-          Sixthly, he can also do a Donald Trump and take the case in a war of words on Twitter;

-          Seventhly, he can do a Novak and try an exceptio-suspicionis against the judge, all USA judges.

So, there we have it, the options that are actually available to the prince of a constitutional monarchy. Whether such a figure can ever be assured of a fair trial in a violent republic won from the prince’s home country by violent rebellion, usurpation, and grande larceny and grandiose theft, is another matter – only a modern George III could deal with such an ordeal effectively. It all hangs in the balance. Asking the prince to take an oath and swear loyalty to a constitution that wrestled the whole country from the British monarchy is absurd of course – it is not only absurd but it is also a logical contradiction for a serving prince and a supporter of any religious monarchy. America is a secular state. To swear loyalty to a constitution no matter how well written but easily interpretable as an instrument of war against the very monarchy the prince hails from is high folly and misdemeanour indeed. Period – he cannot appear without giving succour to all revolutionaries of the usual Momentum or Antifa kind. Finally, submitting himself to an interrogation about his sex life of intimacy and privacy would also be an abuse of the primordial right of privacy.

Defences do exist, and good defences can occur, assuming somewhat hugely that this is not one of those awful liberal show trials like there used to be in the bad old days of the former Soviet Union and in Kazakhstan today. Moderne liberalist regimes do like to make an example of some poor hapless prince that passes through their jurisdictions – it is a favourite theme of the old USSR.us style common law regimes of the old revolution, the one that preset the French Revolution of 1789, just as bloody and as reprisal fuelled. Anyway, one of the most obvious but not disingenuous defences is the simple and honest one – there were so many girls coming and going around the Epstein mansions that the prince could not tell one from another, their individual identities blurring into some inchoate cloud of unknowing. This is a phenomenon that can easily occur and is especially important for young princes who might have some red blood in their veins, not the usual kind that real American girls often complain about back home in America – retirement back to some palace back home in old Europe like as per the movie with Anne Hathaway is not just a dreamy movie script for those prisoners of that bald republic, but a lifelong hope and aspiration and dream of many a young girl in many a downtrodden and violence and gun infested housing estate in Middle America – they are dreaming, and the prince might have been in that dream, but he cannot be expected to recall each and every girl that crosses his pathways that evening or any evening over yonder in the blue of Mr Blue Sky Americay. Releasing a prince into such an atmosphere is rather like releasing a golden goldfish into a highly populated and very competitive ottery – the results can be predicted.
