Fr dear Fr: Does God really will the destruction of the human race?

No. Every so often, conscious of the economy of justice of the universe, forces antithetical to the survival of the evil side of the human race will rise up and lodge a request for some punishment or chastisement of human beings chiefly for their pride and their atheism and their destruction of the innocent, and this could mean the oppression of the poor in wrong judgement or something else, but the requests come in from dark forces, as Nostrodamus points out in his Prophecies, in which he reminds us that every few centuries an AC or Anti-Christ figure rises up, and commentators point out that this AC figure is like Napoleon or Hitler or Stalin or Pol Pot, to confound the human race and destroy many hundreds of thousands or millions. In Nostrodamus this figure is just like the figure of Revelations 17, he enjoys huge civil power over the human race and wages wars of great destruction. But that is not the same thing as God’s divine will for the good side of the human race, whom he often wishes to be saved from such rampaging ACs. The rest is history.
