CAFOD World Gifts

There are flyers in the porch (or online at CAFOD World Gifts – CAFOD World Gifts) if you would like to consider giving a gift to those in need around the world this Christmas. This year, Cafod have not sent catalogues listing all the gifts available - the flyers give a few examples of gifts, but you will find the full range on the Cafod website.

How it Works

World Gifts are CAFOD's range of life-changing virtual charity that will delight the people you give them to and help transform the lives of families and communities living in poverty.

  • You browse the brochure, or online, and choose your gift.

  • You receive a beautifully illustrated card of your chosen gift, together with a presentation gift envelope, which explains how your gift can help people fighting poverty.

  • You can also choose one of Cafod’s gorgeous ecards or to print at home to receive your gift immediately! And you can now send a personalised card directly to your loved one, by choosing "post direct" and typing in your message.

  • Personalise your posted card and give it to your friend or loved-one so they know what you have donated on their behalf.

  • The money you spend on your gift helps Cafod transform the lives of poor families.

There is a big range of gifts available, starting from as little as £4.00, so there is something for every budget.

 New for 2024

A number of the gifts (as noted above) are new for this year – for example a watering can for a family, firewood for winter and help to stay safe at sea.

Stocking Fillers

As well as these gifts to benefit those in need around the world, there are also stocking fillers (under a fiver) that you can pick up for your own family - e.g. milk chocolate coins, dark (vegan) chocolate coins, Jewel Bethlehem Christmas Car, Advent calendar or a tote bag. Christmas cards are also available.
